These terms govern purchases made through this website from Salisbury & York Academic Press.
Orders. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change before an order is placed.
Payment. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Your card statement will show a charge from MirageQuest. By submitting an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Pre-orders. Pre-ordered titles are charged at the time of order and dispatched on or after the publication date of July 17, 2026. Any pre-order discount is applied at checkout.
Shipping. Each book is printed individually to order and ships as soon as possible, in some cases directly from our distributor. Shipping and handling is calculated at checkout, and delivery times vary by destination.
Returns. Our publisher does not offer refunds. If your copy arrives defective, contact support@biharidiary.com within 10 days and we will contact the publisher to replace the book free of charge, as described in our Shipping & Returns policy.
